Friseline, basil penne and vegetable salad

The recipe step by step


1- Cut the mushrooms and the onion.
2- Cut the radishes into slices. Grate the carrots.
3- Cook the penne and cool it down.
4- Cut Friseline into pieces. Mix the penne, Friseline and add the vegetables.
5- Season it with vinaigrette.

Ingredients For 4 persons
  • 3 Friseline
  • 180 g of penne
  • 100 g of mushroom
  • 16 radishes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 to 2 carrots
  • 2 dried tomatoes
  • 1 red sweet pepper cut into slivers


Basil vinaigrette

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 Basil bunch
  • Salt, pepper
